1. ORDER

HOW MUCH CAN I ORDER?

You can order as much as you like, but we have a minimum order quantity of 10 metres per fabric. 

If we can't satisfy your full order from our warehouse stock a custom order can be made.

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once you have placed your order, it will be prepared at our warehouse and shipped to your delivery address using Australia post/local freight delivery service.

I RECEIVED A FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEM – WHAT NOW?

We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with your order. 

Please email us at orders@elsegood.com.au with your order number & a brief description of the fault/incorrect item & we can resolve this for you. Providing images of any fault would be greatly appreciated.

Please note that for Australian customers you have 14 days from purchase to refund/exchange your order. International customers have 21 days from order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONLINE?

If you have placed an order but would like to cancel, please call (02) 9319-2266 or email orders@elsegood.com.au asap and we will cancel the order.

However, please note if your order has already been cut or the parcel has been dispatched we regretfully cannot cancel the order. Once you receive the goods you can make a return/exchange.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

As we are a wholesaler, we cannot offer exchanges. Please consider your purchase carefully.

2. SHIPPING:

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Standard shipping is $30. For bulky items or urgent orders we will contact you to advise the exact shipping fees associated with your order.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship both locally within Australia and internationally.

We also offer shipping directly to (garment) manufactures overseas from our partner factories. Contact us (02) 9319-2266 to discuss your requirements.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We will dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving payment. Time to delivery will vary depending on your location. If you are concerned about your order, please contact orders@elsegood.com.au.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES + TAXES?

As an international customer (outside of Australia), please be aware that your home country may charge import taxes & customs duties when the order arrives at the country of destination.

These duties & taxes are required to be paid by the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees if you are unsure.

CAN I COME IN AND LOOK AT YOUR FABRICS?

Yes, please come in and visit us Monday - Friday to see our fabric range. We have over 40 years of experience and would love to talk you through our fabrics and how your design vision can be brought to life.

WHAT FABRICS DO YOU HAVE?

We specialise in silks and the best quality base fabrics. We also have a n extensive range of bridal fabrics, linen and natural blend fabrics, wool blends, jacquards and speciality evening fabrics.

I HAVE MY OWN PRINT DESIGN – CAN YOU ORGANISE PRINTING FOR ME?

Yes, we love to organise custom prints and you can even commission your own fabric. Call us or email us at orders@elsegood.com.au and we will happily discuss the process. Please note commercial quantities apply (usually 300m - 500m depending on base cloth and factory minimum).
